Pilot chat would be good, but for ATC...you mean one like sa:mp? I got no idea why is that ATC used for lol.

Air Traffic Control should be added to increase RP flights quality but it's a bit unused on SA:MP too if I remember correctly..

I use it all the time on samp...But i rarely go on xD

On all the due respect my dear friend, your idea is very good but not useful for the moment since there is very very light use of aerial vehicle. For the future though I totaly agree it will be interesting.
