Hello, this is my first time posting so sorry if im not doing everything by the book. Please tell me if I am doing anything wrong :).
So i was playing online, as my normal cop duty and i encounterd this criminal who tried everything do evade but could not succeed, therefore he decided to kill himself and spawn as a cop. [This was after he tried killing him self with the command /kill].
Now if it is possible, I would like the scripters to make a system where if there is a criminal then he cannot be a cop untill the heat is lifted or he is jailed/killed by other law enforcments.
I hope people agree with this idea.

This is relatively simple, it makes sense. I see no reason why it shouldn't be added myself.
If this supports at all a good justification is something like "You cannot be a cop, you have a felony on your record"

How about if the system detects you died as a suspect, for which you used the reason of suicide, a report will be made in the servers' script files. And then the person who can read it will notify other admins to interrogate the player.

Yet people do it. Thats why I think there should be a boundary from this. E.g when your wanted and you want to /kill, it should say something like
"You are wanted. Lose the heat first." Something along those lines.

Not scriptable. /kill is hard-coded into the client.

Not in the latest server version. This is something VRocker, Juppi, and AdTec would have to check out.

What about some kind of fee? If your wanted and they do /kill they lose 10k? That way people will think twice and be more wise.

That is already implemented, but not only for suspects, it's for civilians,cops, etc. aswell. For the amount, you have a random chance that goes from 1% to 30%, correct me if I'm wrong.

I was talking more about 1.93 , but also in 2.0 I think there should be a 10k fee for criminals when commit suiciding, e.g
"Wanted : Guy1[5/60]"
"Guy1 does /kill"
"Guy1's screen: You have lost $[Lossondeath] along with $10,000 for commit suiciding as a criminal"
Something like that. I belive strongly in stopping these evaders. If they do the crime, they should do the time. Play fair.

Not very detectable. Headshot bug would result in a 10k fee. Same if they drown by accident. Same if they fall off a bike and it rams them to death.

So theres no alternative to it? What about admins doing something about it.
E.g ,
Guy1 Died While wanted
"Admin stormeus gets curious :o"
"Admin checks the loggs and finds out Guy1 abused /kill"
"Admin stormeus taxes only Guy1"
"Guy1 promises never to do it again"
Problem solved xD
Oh btw can you update /c rules please
to add things like
- No returning after death
And more relevant things that I cant think right now.

We can't log /kill. It would only show up as something along the lines of "[00:00] DEATH Stormeus"
That can mean all the things I listed above.

Instead of "Guy1 Died"
It could be "Guy1 Commit suicided" ?
Or is that also hardcoded?

Like I said, /kill is pretty much client-side. We can't detect it at the moment.

Indeed, if someone commits suicide when wanted - report it to admins. Problem solved.

What if there is no admins online, and they come on later and admins have no evidence and cannot press charges. What happens then? The evader gets away with it once again.
