Title: Please help me.. I can't fix it. [FIXED]

Please someone help me I was typing at facebook ( :P ) while I had pressed CS to install (reinstall cause of bugs) and it appeared suddenly in my screen while I was typing and by mistake I pressed enter to run it with a diffrent program. Now my computer won't open ANYTHING. I am lucky I already had a google chrome openned so I post this message. Here's a screen.

I don't know what to do help me guys please

As i can clearly see that it is not a legitimate install(No wonder it was full of bugs...) it's your own risk you took. Now i believe you are facing the consequences of this.
