Isn't the best way to find that out if you try installing the game?  ;)

You should try this http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri/ (http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri/) if not! visit VC:MP forums..

As you have been told SEVERAL times before.

Install gtavc and vcmp normally, then set the compatibility mode to Windows 98 / ME to gta-vc.exe and vcmp.exe and it WILL work (AFTER that go set your controls, resolution and such from single player)

For the record, do not trust system requirements lab. It shows false information about if you can run the game or not, for me it showed I couldn't run CoD2, but only mediocre, when infact I had 1000 FPS (on my old PC)

If you have issues with your settings file not loading when using the method Kessu said, copy the GTA:VC settings file from <Your Account>\Documents\GTA Vice City User Files\ folder to the Public\Documents\GTA Vice City User Files\ folder.

Ya. It's a completely different program technically, so either that or the fix I mentioned will solve the problem since it bypasses the memory that causes the error altogether.

I believe that was VRocker's edit of the original one, though, if I'm not mistaken. This one he just released, which is using the same base-code as Liberty-Unleashed, but for VC:MP instead. :)

Mm yes, the first one he did was .NET compiled. It used to do the job for me though, never knew about this one until now.
