my IP was infected 2 months ago, after the kolumbus java virus launched cause i ignored AVG warning,
when i enter following sites:

http://www.arfd.argonathrpg.com/forum (http://www.arfd.argonathrpg.com/forum)
it warns me about:

yes, i'm sure american police unit will be very interested about random infected IP spamming sex mails with help of another 25 infected addresses

If its just your IP, format your PC, DO NOT connect to the internet, reboot your router (or contact your ISP if you have a static IP and explain the situation).
