Hello i need help , i forgot how to remove the bar or how to say it from left side

To remove it edit th display.template.php file ot the profile.php file depending on where you want it removed.
However instead of removing the whole thing better edit out what you do not want to show.

His forum looks like one of those Free Forums and if it is he won't have access to those files

From the looks of the footer, it's a self-installed forum, but the image he showed is a portal page using SimplePortal.

Then you have to remove it thru the Admin section and remove it via Simple Portal(Mod show in the Pic)

Administration center > Simpleportal > Configuration > Block settings

Then disable left blocks :)
