Title: ARPD Enforcers

Enforcer, as you can see in the image, is an armoured assault truck which should be used by NOOSE only. It could be abused (as I saw some times) and used for a simple patrol by any freecop +

In my opinion it should be removed for ARPD.

Sure, NOOSE has its own vehicles but these (not the one of the picture, which is taken by the web) are owned by LCPD

Nope, they belong to LCPD and are painted white.

Someone definitely made an odd change then. The last time I checked, they were normal colors and were restricted.

So restricting it for LCPD high-ranked (along with the Maverick) is already considered, although that may not help saving them from script abusers.

If yes I just propose to restrict them to high ranked.
