Today, 01.10.2011, Simon Juarez declares a new land with more independence.
The land limits are marked on the map that comes with that letter, we include Big Spread Ranch, an Ammunation, a trailer park, Las Venturas Electricity Substation and Gas Station 3
We still in the Argonath economical zone, and we don't require a visa to come in our lands.
The land will take the name of Desert County, and I'm self-declaring Mayor of Desert County
We put some changes in Laws:
I. General Laws
1. This Law is obligatory to follow for all citizens and guests of Desert County
2. Any citizen of DC can suggest changements in this Law, and it should be voted in next County Reunion
II. Criminal law
1. Killing any person exept point 1.1 will be punished, from jail time to execution.
1.1 If a property owner kills a robber or intimidator, he won't be punished, according to Civil Law
1.2 Police, FBI and SWAT are allowed to shoot criminals and kill them, if point 1.3 is followed
1.3 Any police officer, FBI agent or SWAT member MUST warn before opening fire on suspect
1.4 Car kill will be punished according Argonath Laws
2. Robbing and/or intention to rob is forbidden and will be punished
3. Carjack is forbidden and will be punished
4. Dealing weed and heroine in public place is forbidden and will be punished
5. Dealing weapons and bullets is allowed all over the County territory
6. Any investigation concerning Deser County citizens must be done in presence of Desert County Sherrif, or his assistants
III. Civil Law
1. Any citizen of Desert County has right to buy a land property and protect it with weapons
1.1 None can step on private property without owner's authorization
2. All citizen of Desert County can own weapon and show it in public places
3. It is allowed to be drunk or drugged on public places, if it does not endanger other citizens
4. Any Desert County citizen can put a special mark [DC] on his carplate.
5. Desert County Mayor is elected each 15 days on elections, same for Desert County Sherrif
IV. Traffic Law
1. There is no speed limit in Desert County
2. Reckless driving is not allowed
3. You can drive being drunk or drugged, if it doesn't endager other citizens
4. Police car with siren turned on has priority to pass
V. Migration law
1. Any owner of a property in Desert County can request a passport of Desert County, and it will be given free
2. Anyone can request a passport of Desert County, with a 1000$ fee
3. The list of Desert County citizens will be posted in that thread
This law can be changed under Desert County citizens suggetions.

Fort Carson and surrounding areas of Bone County & Tierra Robada Law changes to be made
1. Crime and Punishment
- Duels to the death will now be legalized to solve minor disputes amongst men. Each man must have a witness. The Mayor must be informed of these Duels.
- Women have no or few rights at the discretion of the nearest man.
- Prostitution is legalized and encouraged.

2. Road Laws
- There is no speed limit in BC/ TR however reckless driving is still illegal in the main towns during any events.
- Off road driving is legalized.
- Driving under the influence is legalized.
3. Local Commerce
- All local business owners are elligable to funds to help run and maintain that business (in an RP way) from Fort Carson City Hall, the Mayor Sheriff.
- Event holders in BC TR area will be eligible for money from the Mayor.
- Local house hold owners may recieve jobs in their preferred expertise from Fort Carson City Hall when available.
- Country folk will hold a higher social standing than tourists or city folk and so take priority in all matters.

Police do not make the laws, they enforce them. Any laws Jcstodds has introduced to the Sheriff's Department (DPD) that haven't been approved by the courts are unconstitutional and illegal. Invasion of land owned by the United States Of Argonath is also illegal.
