Title: auto messages for cops

since kill logs are getting disabled in 2.0, and we dont want cops spamming /c wanted...

/me kills [IT]Example
'Suspect [EAF]Marcell is wanted for homicide in... Disneyland'
/me kills 3 people
'Suspect [EAF]Marcell is wanted for multiple homicides in... Disneyland'

civilian dies
'Civilian down at blabla' (can be useful for roleplaying securing crime location)
medic dies
'Paramedic down at blablal'
cop dies
'Officer [dz]lol@arpd down at blablabla'
firefighter dies
'Firefighter down at balblabla'

etc, perhaps more messages for different thangs too

20 people on, 12 cops, 7 EAF, 1 DC.

12 messages inside a minute to cops? (worst case scenario)  :lol:
