Title: Double quotation mark

Hello there.
I just turned on my pc and I noticed that there's something wrong with my quotation marks.
Usually when I press the ' key on my keyboard once, nothing happens, and when I type an E for example it shows a quotation mark on the E. if I press 2 times on the ' key this shows up: "

But now it seems that my keyboard is bugged. When I press ' it shows a quotation mark immediately. How can I change this back?
Because now I can't place quotation marks on letters.

What is your system keyboard/language setting?

You have to set your keyboard settings on your PC to the keyboard you have, for example, UK and English Keyboards have the "" and @ signs in opposite spots.

Normally I press ' and nothing shows up until I press enter or a key, for example e.
I want this back, now it shows the ' immediately.

oh, you mean the letter  e with the quotation above it rather than next to it like this? e'

no idea then, sorry, my keyboard does not have that feature as it's a UK one :p
