Title: Selling El Swanko Casa

As you guys probably know, I'm the owner of the El Swanko Casa, the most beautiful house in Vice City. (Vercetti Mansion smells :P). Now, I'm willing to pass on this godsent house to the next generation of millionaires.

The auction starts at $300,000. No less than $50,000 may be made a bid. The person who gets the highest bid will obviously get the house.
