Just a note, all of the SA:MP forums are not visible for guests.

It'll make more sense for the person to register to actually see the forum.

It might be intended or it might be an oversight in forum settings, every now and then a person making changes to one of the Argonath Forums (Main, ARPD, FBI, ARFD, etc...) overlooks a small detail here and there.

Also, Staff List (which does not work anyway) is visible to Guests but not to Regular Members and up.
