Why I cant connect to Argonath RPG

What do you mean by that? SAMP doesn't let you enter ArgonathRPG or it's not connecting? Please make this more Detailed.
Also i think this isn't the right section for this topic, Try asking in Hardware / Software porblems

Check and make sure your client is 0.3c.
Make sure that you have port 7777 open for applications: samp, gta_sa.exe
Check and make sure the IP is: 178.63.52.144:7777
