Lottery Information
How will it work?
On halloween's day (31/10/11) I will roll the numbers to the lottery. Every player will have to chose two numbers (1-100 Allowed) that aren't picked by others and post them there. (Up to two different sequences allowed per person). The person that gets to win with both numbers will win the lottery. The lottery will be rolled until someone wins.
NOTE: Lotto will be done with /saynumber.
What does the winner get?
A Brand new free vehicle with car id 9999. Yes, your vehicle will be modified to have an unique and special id (9999). Just like the CB Channel (10000) that gimli sold long time ago. You will be providen with money to buy a bike and I will change the model of that bike to any vehicle (that is for sale) you want and set the unique id to it.
Any Secondary Prize?
Yes, there will be consulation prizes. After the main lotto is done, there will be Ten Coloured Plates that will be handed to those who win the lottos with their second number. And also there will be 5x $50000 Prizes that will be handed to those who win with their primary number.
