Game mods are allowed, aslong as they do not give you any advantage over other players.
For example, Keybinds, handling mods and map exploits are not allowed.

I wonder whether you are trying to wind people up on purpose. It was about 5 hours ago you were spamming mainchat with "where did my mods go?" and "yaya my mods have come back!".
So, my question is:

Do you have mods, or not?
Because something really does not add up, in my eyes anyway.

The mods you probably saw someone said were gone but then came back could be the tuning parts of his/her car which was gone due a bug.
