Sooo....
For Ballas/Grove/Civilians protests,make a police command.EX:/protest     A new animation with nitestick,or...I don't know.A new animation for protests.
I think:This is the best idea  :)

Ballas and Grove are civilians? unless you think that blacks shouldn't be counted?...

The animations Grzesiek has brought up is very common in riots, even the /riot animation.
