Title: Photoshop problem. (Fixed)

Whats the problem with the white "Stroke" around my font, i haven't used any blending option too.

Check your effects.

But dont look at "Inner shadow", look at "Stroke".

I haven't put any stroke on my font, none selected from the list.

My font looks normal when im looking it in photoshop, but when i uploaded it and previewed here it changed.

The only way to get a good quality and have it animated is to save it with a non-transparent background.
And the color you probably want to use for the background is 173c56

Try to choose a lighter light blue, because if you choose what Daxx said you(I used same) Will get darker like happened to me

The color I posted is used for the first message in topics, for what he is probably going to use the picture for. :)

.GIF's have a 1-bit transparency - a pixel can be not transparent at all (visible), or fully transparent (invisible).

You can still use a transparent background, you just have to watch out when using smoothed edges and select the right background color for them. The rest of the background can stay transparent.
