i already gave out the fix to many ppl altho never posted it here

extract the content to your VC main dir.

incase you're a retard and don't understand what is this used for: it fixes notorious mouse bug (happening on vista/ w7 especially) where your mouse refuses to work and you need to press ESC. the problem is, often after you press ESC, the game freezes.
