Ok so when i start the game it loads to 98% and than stops and make some stupid error
Unhandled exception: c0000005
at adress: 00000000
I tried reinstalling the game, reinstalling MTA and some other solutions from SugarD,Janek,Grz and Ethan but nothing worked.I hope someone will help me with this.

What were the solutions suggested so that we do not suggest the same steps again?

Putting MTAclient and gta-vc as exceptions on computer properties->Advanced system settings-->Performance settings and there i already putted them as exceptions.i couln't put them as exceptions on the Avast (Actually i don't know how) I also tryed running it on both versions 1.0 and 1.1 not worked either,Tryed to run as administrator that doesn't help either well idk what other :S

Try running GTA:VC in single player.
If it still crashes, then the problem is with running GTA:VC itself (which I'm assuming will be the case).

I already did it works fine

Hmm, in that case the problem is with MTA, and possibly something to do with Avast! preventing it from executing it properly as suggested.

Here is how to do it:
If you want to play MTA 0.5 with avast! 4.8 installed, you must add the MTAClient.exe file to the Ignore list.
1. Right click on the (A) icon on the systray (next to the clock). Choose Access Protection Control (the first from the top)
2. Click on More Details >>, then on Standard protection
3. Click on Customize (Next to the slider)
4. Go to the Advanced tab (the last one)
5. Add *\MTAClient.exe to the list.
6. OK, then OK.
7. Launch MTA 0.5
Note: the options were re-translated, so they might be called something else in the english version.

Do this, go to single player, go to options -> display/video/graphics and turn on the frame limiter. Then exit the single player and run MTAVC.

I alredy know about that but my Avast is auto updating and htat is for v4.8 so much changed till 2008 and i don't have thoose options anymore
Do this, go to single player, go to options -> display/video/graphics and turn on the frame limiter. Then exit the single player and run MTAVC.
I will try that now
EDIT:Worked finally thank you.
