eh, its not a skin, its more like a light''hack'' so it does somthing else. By the way, today I saw someone with also a light change thing but I don't know wich one it is...

Many people use it, but be careful as it's CLEO and it randomly decides to spawn some "Illegal" weapons such as Miniguns, leading to a ban so install at your own risk(Also if I'm right, the ELM creator is playing on our server :redface: )

ELM never been forbiden in Argonath so yes you can use it but as Kris said it's at your own risk,so while you gona roleplay cop and spawn an minigun with rpg,afther get banned for weapon hacks,you clearly gona be aware that it's your own fault,and bann won't be lifted as CLEO4 does it's job as it is . :lol:
