Title: Updating to iOS5

Went to update my iPod Touch 3G to iOS5 however... I keep getting "ERROR 3194" i've restarted my computer; Looked at apple support site...yet nothing helps! So I thought i'd turn to you guys... If you could help find a solution there's a possible reward! But please help! :pop:

So you suggest trying a different computer?

I aint fussed about backing it up... easy to replace everything :)

Post by: dtlove on October 21, 2011, 05:20:38 pm: If your iPod is a 3G, then it might not update, only later versions of the 3G will update. I spoke to a friends Dad who is an Apple Technician / Developer about getting mine done, and he said iTunes won't update it because of this.

Not fussed about losing music; easily replaced!

Only later version of 3G work, what's that mean?

Had attempted to jailbreak on iOS 4.3.5 and I forgot i'd used TinyUmbrella...after a bit of research I found out I needed to de-activate an option on the TinyUmbrella program! Problem Solved :) Thank's for the support guys!
