Todays afternoon we received a tip that the mayor of Liberty City has been caught speeding. We then went there to check out and as for interviews but suddenly hell broke loose. The Mayor of Liberty City refused to come out of the car and stepped on gas. This was the beginning of long and frustrating car chase. Mayor Dellstorm finally crashed but still refused to give up. He decided to continue evading on foot. Two squad cars were following him. One of them was an FBI agent. Mayor Dellstorm was unfortunately hit by a LCPD squad car and was taken to hospital where he escaped and continued to evade the law. We dont know why he did it or where he is hiding at the moment. Broadcast about the dramatic chase will be added as soon as the camera man TJ_Khalidov returns with the tapes.

Car review column
This is how it will go, once a week I`ll make a car review, reviewing its good points, bad points, and also my opinion of Is it worth the money it costs.
This will be helpful information for people that cant decide whether they wat the car or not, especially if you have never driven the car before, in the older days you would buy it, find out it is crap, then live with the fact that you`ve bought a crappy car and you will lose 20 percent of its value immediately if you sell it now, so you have to live with the car in misery, maybe even get depressed, get some razors and end it all....
This all will be possible to prevent if you decide to read my reviews regularily and maybe spot a car you want to buy.
Anyway, my first review.
Sultan RS

Engine: Twin-turbocharged DOHC 3.5 liter I6
Drive: AWD, 25% front 75% rear.(from handling.dat, the value at drive bias is 0.25, RWD being 0.0 and FWD being 1.0)
Acceleration to top speed: 2nd fastest after Forklift (lolwut?)
Extras: None, not even ABS.(As you would imagine in a lightweight stripped out racing car)

Personal review
I first saw this car a very long time ago, when I first got to it and got in for a drive. Back then it was a big moment, because the car was hard to get (in singleplayer) and impossibly rare.
The handling was a bit of a disappointment at first, the speed was mindblowing, but it`s cornering abilities stunned me, the understeer was so bad, that I thought that I`m going to die in a very painful death. Then I realised that it`s not the cars fault, its my driving that was wrong. I had been trying to corner it as a Coquette, which oversteers at the slightest touch of the steering wheel, which I like, tail happiness is one of the things that I like in cars. What you have to do in the Sultan RS for it to be controllable, is get it sideways, which is easy if you do a little scandinavian flick or use the handbrake on the entrance of the corner. That makes the car go into a slide and therefore it`s a lot better and a lot more fun in the corners. Of course, if you like to keep all the wheels in line, you can just go for no throttle in the corners but it`s boring so I never tried that. Also many people complain about understeer while braking, well that can be easily fixed by braking before the corner, like any normal person should. In a straight line the lack of ABS isn`t even noticeable and the car stops brilliantly.
The power, I must say that the engine is really powerful and it doesn`t need any more power than it has, because it is so light, the acceleration is great, as is the top speed. The good thing is that the car has a four wheel drive system is great, it doesn`t allow wheelspin off the line while maintaining the power mostly to the rear wheels, which gives better traction off the line.
Also I have to mention the styling, which is pretty flashy, and ricer looking, but this car is anything but a ricer, ricers are cars that have been modified to look like they have lots of performance that they don`t have. This is a proper racing car that is usable on the road.
It is also great value for money, at 25.000 ARD it is 75.000 cheaper than the Infernus, and 85.000 cheaper than a Turismo or a Super GT, which are slower.
There is a problem about the price though, it is so low that literally everyone owns one, which makes it too common, when it doesn`t even look half as good as any other cars of similar performance. Also you`re not going to impress any chicks by driving around in one of these, because they probably have one too.
That seems to be the only problem I can find in the Sultan RS, lack of prestige, coolness, and pussymagnetness(is that a word?).
Good sides
Great handling.
Great acceleration.
High top speed.
Fun to drive.
Good value.
Bad sides
Feeling of cheapness.
Can`t pull women.
No respect from homies.
Summary
The best car in every single way, as long as you don`t want to impress the chicks.For the same price I`d rather buy a Schafter or a Presidente.
I must say one more thing, this is only my personal opinion and you aren`t obliged to agree with it if you don`t like it.

Personal review
Basically I must say that I like the car. I think I will end up one day buying it. There are very good reasons for this, the first being I just like front engined RWD V8 coupes in general, because they tend to be good looking, fast and luxurious, as is the case with the Feltzer. The second one being, that the handling is perfect, in my opinion, because I like oversteer and wheelspins and stuff like that. It also looks great, especially in hard top form with the grille emblem in place (in photo).
Now to be a bit more in depth I will mention the fact that it wont understeer unless you brake half way through the corner, like all cars, and if you want to it is very easy to do loooong drifts with it, I spent most of my time in a cloud of tyre smoke, because I love that sort of thing, but if you concentrate you can get it around a corner with no drama at all, but thats just not my style. Also it is pretty rare, as I haven`t seen any owned by the players, and I don`t understand that, it costs only 30.000ARD, looks good, handles well and is fast. I honestly believe that it is the bargain of the century. Of course, the Sultan RS gives more power and speed for your money, but honestly I would rather get this, because of the fact that it doesn`t look like some thieves stole the seats and the carpets and al other stuff they could without moving the car. Also it is quite stylish and I bet it will pull more women than most other cars you can buy for 30 k or less. And the acceleration is very good as well, I organised a drag race between the Feltzer and the Infernus (Talya helped a bit :P) and the Feltzer didn`t give up as soon as we set off, of course it didn`t beat the Infernus but it hanged on to it`s ass pretty well for a long time until the Infernus got the advantage that the higher top speed gave it.
Good sides
Great acceleration.
Great handling.
Fun to drive.
Good value.
Luxurious.
Good looking.
Bad sides
You`ll be having too much fun to remember that the rear tyres won`t last forever.
The engine doesn`t sound like a supercharged 3.8 liter V8
Summary
To be honest I think it is better than the Sultan RS, mostly because I wouldn`t be ashamed to drive it.
This is only my personal opinion and you aren`t obliged to agree with it if you don`t like it.

Personal review
To start, this car is very much like a Sultan RS, just with seats and stuff, but in the same time they are very different, firstly the Sentinel is a slower, accelerates slower, handles worse and is more discrete, which basically makes it a normal Sultan`s coupe version, but I say almost, because there is a very important difference in the handling, I, as I`m used to playing racing games, have always thrown any car at any corner in any game so that it`s inside wheels hit the apex of the corner, the reason why I can`t do that is because if I did that, the car would just flip, which is unavoidable, of course there is a way to prevent that which is - stay away from the apex of the corner and never try to hit it.
Of course it is not all bad this car, the top speed is good, the acceleration is great, the handling is also great, if you stay in the middle of the road, and it is a pretty fun car to drive, I got so carried away while testing it, that I got pulled over by the police for being 100 km/h over the speed limit :P
Good sides
Great acceleration. (the Sultan RS is better though)
Great handling. (if you manage to stay away from the apex of the corner)
Fun to drive.
Good value. (the Sultan RS is better though)
Bad sides
Handling ( if you are a racing game enthusiast that tries to hit every curb like in Shift:P)

If I had to choose between this and the Sultan RS, which also costs 25k, I woud rather spend the money on hookers, catch an STD and die a painful death.

I love sentinel and I think its by far more practical and fun than RS. I agree that it has great handling but it tends to flip on corners pretty easy. It also looks better than RS imo. RS may be faster, but I would choose this one without a doubt. Keep up with the reviews, they are looking good :)

Personal review
Basically what I will do for a while is review cheaper, more affordable cars, because transport is important even to people that can`t afford to buy an expensive supercar, and this is a good start, because it is cheap, but not that bad actually. The looks are not that bad, if you look at it only from the front, from the front it looks a bit like a 200SX which I quite like, the performance is not that bad, I managed to squeeze out 178 on the Dukes blvd. (don`t tell this to the cops :P), the handling is a bit uncontrolled, but if you be careful it is possible to make it corner without drifting into a tree or understeering into a tree, overall it`s not the worst car in the world, but it`s behind is pretty much one of the ugliest I have seen, and there is no prestige attached to it, but which car under 20k does? It is also very rare, and I like that in a car, I`ve never had a car that is popular.
The handling is pretty good for a car that cheap, I might even say that it is fun to drive, mostly because the engine gives enough power to spin the rear wheels in the middle of the corner, which results in massive tail slides, and I love that sort of thing, one problem is that it sometimes starts fishtailing when you go over 130, but it is pretty manageable even when the behind does let go. Actually I will even say that it handles better than a Futo, which costs 14 thousand more...
The power of the engine is more than enough, I managed to keep up to a police car rushing to a crime, which is bad news for criminals, that means the car can be kept up with by the police, so if you are planning to do a bank robbery I would suggest you to leave this car out of it.
Good sides
Acceptable acceleration.
Pretty good handling.
Fun to drive.
Cheap.
Rare.
Bad sides
Not that good value, there are many faster but cheaper cars out there, like the Blista Compact and the Hakumai.
Cheap (I put that here too because that is both a good thing and a bad thing)
Lack of prestige.
Summary
It is a good car for a good price, but there are better cars for a better price.

So basically what is going on now is I have compiled a list of lap times of the cars I have tested, and have made a video of the actual laps...
Lap times first, as I am still waiting for the video to get upload... I will line these in a descending order by time e.g. fastest first, slowest last.
1. Infernus 50.73 seconds
2. Comet 51.48 seconds
3. Sultan RS 52.39 seconds
4. Super GT 53.78 seconds
5. Sentinel 55.23 seconds
6. Feltzer 56.89 seconds
7. Fortune 1 minute 1.63 seconds |

Most of these times were surprising to me as I expected a different leader and I wasn`t expecting that the fortune is going to be a mere 11 seconds slower than the fastest car.

lol hehe cool,in the video u see a sultan about meter near tjs body so mostly he died because he crashed in a wall or somthing with the sultan :)
