You isn't getting advantages because you're a cop on the server. The selection is about how you are as player and how long you've been playing. Because you're within the Law Enforcement doesn't giving you any advantages as said...

It's incorrect assume every administrator is a cop nor does it increase your potential to become an admin if you are more then often a cop. People are picked on their knowledge of the server and how they are perceived or come across to others as in and amongst many other things.
