try fresh installing it in a different directory

Im not sure why it is like that Qsens, but you may try few things.

Reinstall your game once again, But this time in different directory as the last time.
Make sure that SAMP lunches from the correct directory (SAMP will auto detect gta_sa.exe - when there is somewhere only this file samp may detect it as the game)

Try to run it as Administrator (gta_sa.exe + samp.exe)

And the last idea is to clean the register. Im not sure how to do it soo try to google it if these hint above wont work.

Ok got it , if i turn my daemon tools off the game dont run and i tried 2 cracks and i dont wanna keep things runed on back grounds and lag my game does any1 have idea?

you have tried only 2 of them, there are many more... Keep searching untill you gona find the correct crack.

Lol you don't have to reinstall windows to clean registry. there are some tools. I use Ccleaner but it's on german so it won't help ya... and for the crack, I could send ya a PM with link when I'm back on Computer.

CCleaner is available in all languages
