Title: Guys i have been wondering..

I mean if you are going to devolop etc, i mean copyright then.

I have been wondering on this even since i saw the server itself.

I'm curious.

As there was no Argonath RPG game or server registered, the name was free to use.

Just like anyone could use the name of DuckTown, Oracle, GodFather and other names from books, movies and parts we used a name we liked.
Argonath RPG is the name of the servers/portal, and for this there is no prior registration or use.

As for the future developing of a game, it will not carry the name of Argonath RPG. It will have its own name, but be carried by our community and server.

Oke. But if you would want to you could talk to the ones who owns the cpoyright of the name "argonath" and see if you can buy that name off jrr tolkien. But that would cost.. Lets see 2-10 million dollars or more :neutral:
