Delete this file:

C:\Program Files\StarLine Messenger\sounds\Default\buzz.wav

replace:
C:\Program Files\StarLine Messenger\sounds\Default\Message.wav

With

C:\Program Files\MSN Messenger\type.wma

Change the sound.txt to

Offline.wav
Buzz
Buzz.wav
