It was a mere five years ago, when Stof Ruiz and Andeey Ruiz had packed up and left for San Fierro. Life was going good until they were ran out of the city by the local mob and forced to move back to Los Santos. Once they had settled down in Los Santos it became very hard for them to live with drugs, gangs, violence and police corruption all around them. So instead of mixing in with the croud they were around they decided to become illegal businessmen but not working the streets, They bought a warehouse in Las Venturas which stored tonnes of Heroin and Cocaine to sell, and only sold to the highest profiled people. After some time the LVPD had caught onto them and raided the warehouse taking all the drugs and labelled the building Abandoned. Stof had the shock of his life when he caught a plane into the city and police were awaiting him at the airport. He and Andeey were tried and sentenced to Five Hundred days inprisonment!

The day they got out was a very rough day, walking The Strip looking for a not so expensive place to stay. When they met two men named Markle and Ptown, who owned a hotel on The Strip. They took both Andeey and Stof in and gave them rooms to stay in and introduced them to the casino business. Before they knew it Andeey and Stof were millionaires Stof had enough money to buy back his warehouse from the government, and Andeey invested in a casino in the west of Las Venturas. At a meeting in Stof's warehouse Markle, Ptown, Andeey and Stof sat down and came to the agreement to create a business group named KAOS and aimed to one day, take over Las Venturas. I highly doubt you would get it back, considering that most of them are deathmatchers and rule breakers in general. I wish you good luck though.
