Upgraded sky
More draw distance
Visual upgrade of weather, effects.

I've tried this one, but try out Tripod Timecyc by FreeBirD, it's better.

What do I do to get the timecyc doing anything?

I copied the file into my data folder, had no other mods, and it aint doing shit :P

YOu need timecyc and timecycp and modded gta_sa.exe

I will upload it soon, it looks nice, eh :P

Downloaded the another timecyc relatively easily.

Changed the file extension from .dat to .aaa on he 'timecyc' file, opened gta_sa.exe with noteped + +  and changed all references to timecyc.dat to timecyc.aaa

sorted.
