Title: Best free webhost?

Not sure if this is the right section, but couldn't find any proper one to post this

Hello fellas,

I'm looking for a good webhost that doesn't go down each few hours as some other free-webhosts.
It should support PHP & FTP, if possible, please.

And yes, I've already used Google, but I couldn't find a proper one, plus I can't try them all, so recommendations would be great.

Tried it before, but sometimes my website doesn't open on it.
Their free-service isn't really well.

000webhost is by far the best. Also it's easy to use.

I'm pretty sure they had a reason.
From illegal warez to inactivity. For the years I've used it, it never shut down any of the sites I've made.

000webhost was good, I used it but then they deleted my account coz i stopped using it for like a year :\
