It's very nice for a beginner. I suggest you work on the text, possibly make it smaller and use a smaller stroke or no stroke.
Also, max signature size is 500x125 although I prefer 400x125. :)

Really? Thanks man!
I will work more on the signature.
I know the size and I will make more and more signatures for build up my skill!

Make a new transparant document, 3px X 3px
Fill it like this:
Or if you want it to go to the other side, do it like this:
Now go to Edit > Define Pattern
Just click "Ok".
Now select the document you want the lines in, (CTRL+A)
Right mouse click in it
>"fill"
Then at the dropdown menu, click on Pattern
Click on the dropdown menu once again (the pattern dropdown)
Select the pattern you made.
That is it.

Make a layer filled with a scan-line pattern, put it over the background, set blending to multiply or subtractive. If too sharp, play with the layer transparency.

My technique is getting an image like this, by typing what you want in google "Line texture",
Then just putting it over your layers and changing the blend mode

Spend more time than two minutes trying to cut the picture out. There's a small white line around the whole cartoon, there are also several white dots across the whole transparent area.
Could even be done more detailed.

We not all prof like you ;)

It's nothing hard, just take a simple round brush, choose the "Clear"-function, then start removing the white line around the black outline.
Or, if you just right click on the layer, turning on the inner glow function. Choose the color of black, and put the "Blend Mode" on "Normal" instead of "Screen".
-
Yeah thats true, you dont have to be profesional for make a render
