Title: GPS Locator

Is it possible to make a GPS Locator for a car? Example, today I forgot where did I park my car.. if I had a GPS, then with it's cmd ( /GPS ID of car ) I could locate it with ease.. but, is that possible to make? It should just report the position of car, due to area sectors on the map.

Example - GPS System located your car is in the area of Downtown

Also, if some car is stolen police could use GPS System, if there is any to locate stolen car and possible suspect in it :O
