Argonath RPG Navy Coast Guard is in the early stages of creating a well equipped and well 
trained Coast Guard unit (called Liberty Unit) in the state of Liberty City with close
supervision and support from state governance.

Please be aware that this is currently under construction and if you join you may be known in the future as someone who has helped make the Navy Coast Guard what it will be on that present day, a truly first class organization. Founder: [NP]Hiro_Alterlis, [NP]Monte.Montague.


The Coast Guard does these main things:

- Rescue people stranded at sea, in difficult to reach areas on the coast, from rocks etc.
- Regularly patrol Seas as a deterrent to Sea crime (pollution, piracy, smuggling), terrorism.
- To do regular surveys / research of maritime environment and life to ensure the sea 'lives on'.
- Offer support and advice to sailors and users of sea vessels / transport.


As a Coast Guard Cadet Operative you will be taught:

- How to use boats quickly yet safely.
- Law and Constitution
- Armed combat whilst at sea & target practice, how to apprehend a suspect at sea.
- The fundamentals of a good sea patrol.
- What to do in marine surveys
- How to advise members of the public.
- The language and communication of Coast Guard
- How to rescue people at sea, health and safety assessment, first aid

Law Enforcement / Military Experience(s): I worked as D.P.D officer back in San Andreas. But I left it because I wanted to work in Liberty City.
Why do you want to join the Navy Coast Guard: I want to ensure the safety of coastal lines and sea traffic. And I thought NCG has a lot of work, since main transportation is by sea. I've also worked in ARFD as Fire-medic, so I have some medical experience for S&R missions.

Navy seals are special forces. This is coast guard. There is a huge difference between that. ;)

If someone else wants to take over / sublead this project.

The main issue why I personally could not see myself continueing this CoastGuard project in IVMP at-least was because:

- Constant crashes :o - during a rescue you may crash - happened sometimes.
- One major challenge was that people die after like 5 minutes, Coast Guard people need lots of training, with busy lifestyle not possible for me as I like to make very nice big documents which can sum it all up for the trainer to help train the person. Forum is very useful and structured. etc.
Also I don't play IVMP much due to crashes and etc.
- Boats which I owned just went after i log off, not good.

So anyone... please post.

Don't worry i know the location of some recuse ships like duga and etc.

and about recuse sometimes people suddenly fall from middle of sea even after login too so in that case the navy guards are helpful for them.
