The sixth Yamaguchi-Gumi is Japan's largest and most infamous Yakuza organization. It is named after its founder Harukichi Yamaguchi. Its origins can be traced back to a loose labor union for dockworkers in Kobe before WW II.
It is one of the largest criminal organizations in the world. Estimates put the number of active members at just over 55,000 with thousands more having strong associations. It is by far the largest of the boryokudan groups, and its membership encompasses roughly 45% of the 86,300 yakuza in the Japanese underworld.
The Yamaguchi-Gumi has its headquarters in Kobe, Japan, but it operates all across Japan and has overseas operations in Asia and the United States. Dispite more than a decade of police crackdowns, their numbers have been growing.
After 96 years of active in the United states, Asia and ofcourse Japan itself the current Oyabun ; Shinobu Tsukasa decided to move from Japan to the States of Argonath and set up a new division in Based in Chinatown, San Fierro.
The Yamaguchi-Gumi is a wealthy yakuza bringing in millions of dollars from ; Extortion, Illegal Gambling, Prostitution, Arms dealing, Drug dealing and Assassinations. They are also involved in stock market manipulation and have infiltrants inside legitmate businesses.

Where do we hang around?
The Yamaguchi-Gumi yakuza is based in Chinatown San Fierro, we will also be hanging around there so feel free to hangaround with us if you are intrested to roleplay with us. If you wish to join our yakuza you can either roleplay your way in, or apply via our topic, People that roleplay their way into the yakuza will be sooner to be accepted then someone that applies via the forum as we insist on seeing your roleplay before accepting you.
Regulations.
* Follow the Argonathrpg server rules.
* Dont spam in the CB nor Public chat.
* Behave and make sure you look representive.
* Dont moan in the mainchat.
* We want to be a respected and representive yakuza this means that we will NOT scam other persons in the State of Argonath. If you do scam other people you will be punished with yubitsume.
* Use the weapons that we subscribe for you.
* Always respect people with a higher rank then you.
Our style.
As a member of the yakuza you will be wearing Asian, Japanese or Chinese clothing it also has to be approved by the leaders of the yakuza.

As a member of the yakuza you will use the weapons that we subscribe. you can see the list of weapons here.
We do not use weapons like the Combat shotgun and the as we're not a bunch of deathmatchers.

When a member makes a mistake like for example scamming or talking to legal instances about our activitys they will be punished with Yubitsume, this is a form of penance or apology. Upon a first offence, the transgressor must cut off the tip of his left little finger and hand the severed portion to his boss.
After 3 of these punishments you will be killed as we cannot have people in our yakuza that we cannot trust. ( This means you will be kicked from the Yamaguchi-Gumi yakuza )

Oyabuns.
The Father. The absolute leader in a Yakuza clan. He has an army of lawyers, accountants, secretaries and advisors.Saiko-Komon.
Senior Advisor. Also known as the underboss of the Yakuza.
Shingiin.
The law advisor. This the Saiko-Komon's right hand and its mostlikely that he is the lawyer of the yakuza aswell.
Kaikei.
The kaikei is the accountant of the yakuza. When the Yamaguchi-Gumi yakuza wants to invest in something our accountants investigate the business wich we want to invest in. After the investigation the Kaikei will together with Oyabun and Saiko-Komon decide wether they will or will not invest in the business.
Wakagashira.
Middle man in practice right under the Yakuza clan leader, the Oyabun. He and the Shateigashira will be incharge of our Kyodai's and Shatei's.
Shateigashira.
Together with the Wakagashira they are leader of the kyodai. they make sure that the kyodai do their duties well for the yakuza clan..
Kyodai.
The brothers. They are high in rank in the yakuza clan. They take commands of from the Wakagashira and Shateigashira.
