I think he means that the last 2 rows don't really go with the rhythm of the actual version of Jingle Bells. If you try singing it, the last part seems a little awkward, if you know what I mean.

Also, in proper English it would be:
Oh, what is fun when we cant deny
An Argonath unban request


@Toxic - maybe in future be more constructive, instead of just calling something "fail" without actually explaining why...
