Title: Internet Problem

So, I got this problem for weeks now. When I use the internet browser and  browse to a website, I have to refresh 10 times to get it working, or I get a half loaded page (No pictures, plain white background) or even no page at all (after pressing refresh 30 times it works). I have no idea how to solve this, and I think it is a PC related problem, as the WiFi on our network works flawless with my mobile phone.
I'm running Windows XP.

Thanks for reading, hoping for some help.

 :ps: I think it is not browser related, as it does the same in IE and Safari.

Check your firewall settings, make sure your browsers are allowed through.

It used to work, why shouldn't it now?
