Well, I'm aiming to create a website of sorts, want free hosting and free name for it etc.
I'm not looking for something like www.webs.com (http://www.webs.com) either, as I just want a simple .co.uk or .cz.cc, .info etc.
Any help?

The best free host by far.

For domain names, I'd suggest internet.bs (it's one of cheapest and fastest services) and for free webhosting I use 000webhost.com It's very amazing as long as you have viewers.

I just don't like the .webs.com, .site50.net, .smfforfree3.com etc.

I believe you can use 000webhost.com AND co.cc. The co.cc would be directed from the free host and wouldn't have that .netti.net or whatever shit with it.

What is better, .tk or co.cc?
And, I'm a complete newbie at this, how would I obtain a web address anyway? D:

co.cc, not as many issues with it imo.
To get co.cc and 000webhost, you gotta register on both at the start. Then you'd continue to get a co.cc site and put 000webhost DNS webserver names into the co.cc panel.

.co.cc domains are banned from Google.
