Smoother gameplay,less laggs,som fresh addition of scripts and skins,smoother aiming wich makes shooting more comfortable and not so furstrating to hit somone,airballoon wich we won't have tho as I guess so nothing much about it .

Well due my knowledge about PC I describe it as "smoother gameplay" as I have no knowledge how those magic things work.

I think the current version works great? Atleast for me, I have noticed higher performance from my computer now when all the cores are working. Even the sync is better, smoother gameplay etc.

Though it came as a shock that some things got bugged when we updated, but things like this can happen.

More skins, a little less lag. Not much more tho, server lags almost like it used to do in 0.3c.

Considering my PC's performance would embarrass the ancient Romans, I noticed much less lag in the gameplay. Not bad.

First of all, if you are connected to the SA:MP dev team, it would be appropriate to connect through the owners and leaders.

Second, fix the pausing.

I noticed a few bugs lately. First of all. When I enter the LSPD interior, and disconnect there, and when I joins back, I cant exit..

Another one I found is that when I relog inside LSPD and when I joined back, and did /exit. I exited from Market Ammunation for some reason.

Perhaps you were desynced, or in other words you were inside ammunation, only your screens indicated that you were in LSPD

Yes, I see :D I got stuck in LSPD and I teleported myself outside and did /spawnreset but it didn't work.
But here is what DID work for me. After /spawnreset, when I relogged, I was back in "Commerce, Los Santos". So once you /spawnreset, attempt to relog. It may work for you too.
