Title: [Loan Contract] $50k for [MoD]Brian

This contract is for future reference should court intervention be required. This loan agreement is made effective upon recognition by the Judicial System of Vice City, made between [VU]Stormeus (lender) and [MoD]Brian (borrower).

Contract Terms

• This loan of $50,000 is to be paid back by February 1^st, 2012 with no interest.
• If the loan payment is late, there will be a penalty of $25,000.
  • "Late" is defined as any payment two days after the due date, or if payment is never received.
• If the borrower fails to repay the loan, they will be sued in the Court of Vice City for the loaned amount and late fee, for a total of $75,000.

Borrower's Signature
The borrower, in order to receive the loan, must sign the contract (make a post) as follows:

The Vice City Courts has acknowledged the submission of the above loan between [VU]Stormeus and [MoD]Brian[/i], regarding a total sum of AD $50, 000.

This loan contact shall be fully accepted once both parties have agreed, respectively signed and finalised for future use in court when and if required.

Loan contract has been recorded by Vice City Courts, and is as follows:
