Well...... There is 3 things at first point .
Main point and most popular one is that this forum is not report section,if you feel abused use our golden [email protected] .
Second point is that not players will judge when ever action taken by administration team was fair or not yet if you disagree you can follow main point .
Third point is that you have no rights comment on a punishment of administration over ingame or forums due fact Matt did comment additionaly with provoking JDC by pointing at JDC's attidute wich is stright attack towards human personality.
Be next time more wise guy and actually read rules as advirstment any illegal links are forbiden in Argonath,including P.orn,pirate sites,server sites,server ip's and etc.

1) You said piratebay:
- We don't support illegal DLing
- It IS advertising (you could said something like 'you can find it at a non-illegal DL site...)
2) The secound one has NOTHING to do with the first one:
- What was the context?
- If someone telling you that your attitude is not correct, I would see it also as disrespecting... (and I guesse you too)
I'll keep my own toughts for myselve it both punsihments were correct, but once again: complains must be send, not posted!

Representing any illegal site by even spelling it's name is advirstment ,you infact did it. And Argonath does include rules about advirstments,check once again. ;)

I understand. I just don't like how he goes straight away and BANS 60 minutes. Use the warning command or kick?? It completley throws you off guard...

It works like this.
You gave out the name of a site. Advertising.
You gave out the name of a non Argonath site. Against server rules.
You gave out the name of a site for hacked programs. Against server rules.
You posted a complaint on the forums. Against forums rules.
JDC Did what he thought appropriate. Correct action.

Advertising other servers is strictly prohibited; if a player does this he should be banned.

Not to be mean... although I shouldn't be the one saying this.. but I believe that the majority (Not all) of the most current sa-mp admins act wrongly.. The "guide" (you know which one..) states that communication is more important rather than straight kick or punishment on first offense.. And the only people who have this in their mind are a few admins and mostly managers or higher.. but rest, seem just 'power' hungry and like saving stats for who has the most kicks/punishments.. but that's not the point.. if you go with straight punishment on first offense.. then of-course people will dislike you...
I'm not in any way complaining directly for an admin or generally.. this is just my personal opinion..!
In current situation, punishment was fair since you advertised an illegal website..

All of us got an opinion about different type of situations,yet we all have to follow one system and all of us have fair chance report if we felt abused.If we gona start point fingers at who we like or dislike then friendly community gona turn to war zone. Remain your view point about other people inside only your mind is somthing what holds us more organised . Afther all we got managers/server leaders (especially Kojak ) and server owners who will deal if we consider judgement unfair and report it proper way :)
