Looks lite it, the command ingame didn't work. But maybe it's disabled, I don't have a clue really. The one to ask is xcasio I think.

After a server restart there are some scripts that are in need to be loaded manually, it wasn't loaded with some other scripts (like /argoradio, /hat etc) so it will be working again once a scripter comes ingame and load it
