You get back 90% of the price you bought it for. Also 90% for all the modifications: Wheels, bumpers, etc.

15,000 X 0.90 = $13,500.

This is the case for all vehicles - 90% x value of the car. If you wanna know the value of the car /purchaseinfo while in the car.
