I changed my name in-game but when i rejoined it said my account didnt exist Please HELP me

What was your previous name? What did you change too? You might have misspelled while changing it and put a letter or symbol that shouldn't be there? Try to connect with your old nickname and new one and see the results.

Then reply here with results.

What did you changed your name to? Be absoultly sure that you spelling it correct and using the correct letters.

New name is trooper[ISR], type it in the samp box as shown in Mash's post and you should be fine.
