Title: Admins help.

You can change the width and height to suit your picture's aspect ratio.

I tryed it came with the same thing
"Please try again. If you come back to this error screen, report the error to an administrator."

Has your link got any pound signs in it as an example?

Take a screenshot of the entire link and post that instead and we can judge for ourselves.
