As i can't see the video i will not be able to say much but have you checked the task manager? Look for any items using 100% CPU usage.

If your internet connection is good, and the slow loading happens on all websites (which it didnt use to). Then most likely the fault is in your HDD or RAM, but not physically. What I see is that your Windows installation has bulged which makes it slow as hell. Restart your PC, let it be idle and hit Ctrl+Shift+Esc, which will take you to Task Manager. Most likely it is slow mainly because you have too much applications launching on start and running unnecessarily. So see the tabs of Processes (showing all processes your PC has on) and Performance, which shows you the usage of your RAM.

If the problem turns to be on the excess amount of processes running, edit the application's settings so they wouldn't run on startup of Windows and also write "MSCONFIG" to the Search -of your Windows-menu and from there, choose Services. There you are able to turn off any unnecessary services (Windows -related), such as application -updaters etc.

With my MSCONFIG I just disabled everything but McAfee for start up, now instead of waiting a minute or two after boot up for everything to be useable its literally instant

That's probably because I tweaked my PC to use all my CPU cores while starting a program

Already did that MSCONFIG and nothing.
It isn't just about the websites, its about every program I open on my PC, the ram usage is low like the CPU its why I can't solve this, but when the PC frezes the HD light turns on and when it stops the computer come back to normal..

In that case run Malwavebyte's Anti-Malware for any.
The next step would be to define if the problem occurs in software or is it hardware -based.
Restart your PC, while tapping F8 - which ought to take you to boot options.
Boot onto Safe Mode (with Internet), which loads Windows normally but ONLY with necessary drivers. Meaning no launching apps etc.
If your PC keeps acting slowly, the issue is hardware -based.

Seeing you have a laptop (?), does it seem to be overheating or anything similar?

From what you have described it sounds as if you could have a faulty HDD.

They break quite easily in laptops as they are spinning, and people like to move laptops around. With a spinning disk and moving the laptop around, it tends to scrape on the outside of the case, and you lose HDD Quality and eventually it dies.

I have seen this happen alot, to check if windows thinks your Hard drive is working fine:
-Start
-Right Click on "My Computer" or "Computer"
-Click Manage
-Go to Disk Management
A good Hard drive will say healthy.

Another good way to check, is to see if your hard drive is missing more space, normally a hard drive looses around 10% of its space to the File System if it is missing much more than that, it could be corrupt.

Corrupt hard drives effect every aspect of your computer usage, as the hard drive stores all information, it could make games load slower, lag movies out whilst you are watching them, crash certain applications, etc.

Most laptops come with a diagnostics check aswell, try using that to see if it picks up any errors.

If your laptop is still under warranty, try calling the manufacturer, from my experience with Dell and HP and with breaking my old laptops a few times, they can ussually find the problem and replace parts for you if needed.

Tried everything, the HD says its working fine, used Malwarebytes founded 3 errors but nothing happened.

Probably will be this

Did you do anything about the errors Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware?
If I remember correctly, you should be able to remove them somehow from it.

As for the HDD, you could try the hard drive manufacturer's testing tool to test the condition of it. (Windows' own hardly provides any benefitial info)
That is, if you think you can do it. Also a CCleaner could help you to remove any unnecessary data / crap from your PC.

But yeh, if any software -based fix fails to help, the last resort ought to be reinstalling Windows.

I don't know about you, but on my end the HTML5 video player loads up. The HTML5 player sucks HARD and is very laggy and not worth it. I think that's the source as on HTML 5 pages I've had the same problem.

I had 3 errors and I removed them, I always use CCleaner.
