Mate, when we say 'buyout,' that's not instead of the house price, it's added to it.

For example, my house's official cost is 185k. But If I were to sell it to someone, they'd pay me 200k, AND buy the house for 185k, meaning they'd pay 385k.

You have paid the buyout, but you MUST pay the price of the house too.

Tell the person to give your money back, if he rejects, then you can ask an administrator.

If the player refuses to give your money back, contact any SA:MP administration member. I suppose, that you are a new player and were not aware of that, so admins will definitely help to get your money back. Taking money from new players like this, is not allowed :)

Zorex you're not new enough to qualify for new player protection, but you are still relatively new and I can see from the logs that you genuinelly had no idea that the buyout price and the actual property price were separate.

No rules were broken here but as a gesture of goodwill I have refunded the $20,000.00 to you. Check your bank balance when you next go in game.

In future please be careful before handing over your money, make sure you know exactly what you are paying for.
