Earlier today my internet was working fine, but after using it earlier tonight I noticed it being very slow. I try to load Facebook and other websites, but they won't fully load. The only thing that seems to be loading okay is the Argonath forums, but even it has some lagging sometimes. I tried logging in-game, and before logging in my ping is fine, as it shows in the SA:MP box 40-60. When I log in, everything is lagging, as I suspected because of the internet. I don't know why it is suddenly so slow. I use my laptop so I use my wireless-lan, and as it shows here, the signal strength is excellent.
Can anyone please help me and explain what could maybe be the problem?

Maybe your internet has been shaped/capped due to going over your data allowance? (assuming you have that where you are).
You can usually check this by logging into your ISP's website.

I guess there was just something wrong my ISP, and as far as I know, I don't have that.
But it's fixed now, will contact if it happens again.

Yay!
But here are a few probable causes of why that happened:
1. Someone else other than you was using your internet (either authorized or unauthorized) and stealin' your bandwidth.
2. High internet traffic on your isp.
3. Your internet had a large brick shoved up its ass.
4. Absolutely no reason - might be an isolated incident.

I was thinking the whole time number one was the problem. But I don't know how to check it, and as far as I knew, I got a password on my wireless lan. But then again, my cousin did the internet installation so who knows if he did it correct.

What is the brand of your router?
