FORM OF AGREEMENT

PARTIES:-
(1) Gruppe Sechs of Gruppe Sechs Limited.
(2) Research Octane Number of RON Corporation
1. INTRODUCTION
The Service Provider has agreed to provide the Client with certain services that are described in more detail in the attached Schedule 1 (the "Prices and Payments") in accordance with this Form of Agreement and the attached Terms and Conditions
2. THE PARTIES AGREE as follows:
1. The services will commence each week on a Saturday/Sunday
2. Details of the services and other requirements are set out in the attached Schedule 1.
3. Details of the contract price and payments to be made by the Service provider are set out in the attached Schedule 1.
4. The contract between the client and the Service Provider consists of the Form of Agreement, the attached Terms and Conditions, the numbered schedules and the that the contract comes into effect upon signature.
3. PRICES AND PAYMENTS
The client will agree to pay all payments ($500 per week) and which, in return the Service provider will agree to transport any amount of money safely and securely to there desired location.
4. LOSS OF PROPERTY
The Service provider will take no response ability to the extent that the loss of damage is, (a) caused by a server fault or natural disaster and, (b) is covered by the public liability and third party insurance maintained by the Client. For the avoidance of doubt the term "property of the Client" shall include all locks/keys and other similar security devices lost, damaged, rendered unsafe or unfit for purpose due to the proven negligence or default of the Service provider and/or it's staff.
5. CLIENT COMPLAINTS
5.1 Any complaint about performance of the Service provider must be made in writing to the Service providers owner in within 3 days of the occurrence and the Service provider will take appropriate action, without cost to the client, to investigate and (unless it reasonable considers that the complaint was not justified) take and necessary remedial action.
5.2 In the absence of a complaint it will be assumed that the Client is satisfied with the Service providers performance.
6. SUSPENSION OF SERVICES
Failure by the client to pay and invoice in full within 7 days of the due date (Friday) will entitle the service provider to suspend or terminate it's Services under the contract until the the Service provider has been paid in full.
6. TERMINATION
6.1 Either party may terminate this contract by no less then 1 weeks notice to the other, expiring no earlier than the written date.
6.2 Either party may terminate the contract by written notice if the other:
(a) no longer requires the services of the Service provider.
(b) becomes bankrupt.
