Does anyone have a link for a graphic mod like retextured vice city or something that changes everything (the buildings,the sky,the water) not just the cars ? :/

Okay one more thing how do I install all mods I downloaded lmao xD gta mod installer v5? vc mod manager?
or can I just do it with img tool v2 and txdw?

not in every mod are read me files if in those I downloaded were readme files that explain how to install it I wouldn't ask this :/
anyway the only mod idk how to install is some doom timecyc the other ones I just imported in practicle txd

timecyc? only timecyc.dat and readme.txt but in the readme it just says credits and what the mod replaces it doesn't say how to install it
