Pay N Spray, Kauffman cabs, Pizzaria...
Where is the protection money??

We will make sure these 3 places will function smoothly. That's a promise. If you choose to give us protection money, we will hold our meetings their, and hence, more cash to your provinces. Also, protecting these places against thefts and local smart asses.

Considering VCPD Dept.Cheif owns the place, VCPD already has the protection , and they dont need Cheifs money! We're supported by yours, tax payers money!!!!! :D
