Reason:constant provoking, rulebreaking, racism.

I hope you truly have learnt your lesson.
As a regular and a banned player, you should now know the server rules - meaning you have no reason to break them.
I'd take this seriously and read them through again, because if you keep rulebreaking, you may end up being banned and never to be unbanned.
